You must first register with a username and password in the subscribers section on the home page, before you are able to download audio. Once you have registered, you simply click on the episode title that you would like to download and then ‘right click’ on the MP3 button and save, or if you have iTunes, an iPod, and iPhone or an iPad, ‘right click’ on the iPod button and save the file to your computer.

Why am I not able to log in to my account?

Access to EmergencyMedicineCases.com audio downloads and written summaries requires a subscription in the ‘Subscribers’ area on the home page. If you have a current subscription and you are still unable to log in, then you may be using an incorrect email address/password combination. If you have changed your email address and not updated your profile, then you must use your old email address. Paramedics and nurses must provide proof of their current license by email a copy to the same email address.  Once verification has been received by our office, we will email you a unique 100% discount code within a few days that you can use to activate your one year free subscription in the members area on our home page. At the end of your one year subscription, a new subscription with proof of enrollment in a program will be required in order to continue your free subscription.
