Why am I not able to download audio?
You must first register with a username and password in the subscribers section on the home page, before you are able to download audio. Once you have registered, you simply click on the episode title that you would like to download and then ‘right click’ on the MP3 button and save, or if you have iTunes, an iPod, and iPhone or an iPad, ‘right click’ on the iPod button and save the file to your computer.

Medical residents and students must first provide proof of current enrollment in a residency program or medical school in order to activate their free subscription. Verification of your training status can be confirmed by an email from your program director or by emailing a link of your name listed on your residency or medical school website from your program affiliated email address to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to access. Paramedics and nurses must provide proof of their current license by email a copy to the same email address. Once verification has been received by our office, we will email you a unique 100% discount code within a few days that you can use to activate your one year free subscription in the members area on our home page. At the end of your one year subscription, a new subscription with proof of enrollment in a program will be required in order to continue your free subscription.
