FAQs
Why am I not able to download audio?
You must first register with a username and password in the subscribers section on the home page, before you are able to download audio. Once you have registered, you simply click on the episode title that you would like to download and then ‘right click’ on the MP3 button and save, or if you have iTunes, an iPod, and iPhone or an iPad, ‘right click’ on the iPod button and save the file to your computer.
Why am I not able to log in to my account?
Access to EmergencyMedicineCases.com audio downloads and written summaries requires a subscription in the ‘Subscribers’ area on the home page. If you have a current subscription and you are still unable to log in, then you may be using an incorrect email address/password combination. If you have changed your email address and not updated your profile, then you must use your old email address. If you do not recall the email address or you have forgotten your password, please use the “Retrieve Password” function in the subscriptions section. You may also want to check your settings for cookies on your computer. If your settings prevent the use of cookies, then you will have difficulty logging in. Lastly, if your computer is behind a firewall (e.g., a computer in the ED as part of a hospital network), then the firewall settings may be preventing you from logging in. Try another computer (e.g. one at home) to see if you can log in.
Why am I unable to retrieve my password?
If you are not receiving your password with the automated password retrieval function, it likely means that you are not entering the email address that we have on file for you. If you have changed your email address and not updated your profile, then you must use your old email address.
